Best 1440p fast ips monitor

Hello guys, I need you to help me and tell me which is the fastest 27-inch, 1440p monitor that exists at the moment. I am also looking for one that has ulmb/elmb at 144hz and that works optimally. I also look for the best color quality.
I have an asus pg279q but the gamma and colors are very washed out. the vision bothers me a lot for the ms of the ips, I need the fastest one that you recommend. I play more than anything sports games (soccer), FPS and racing. Where it bothers me the most is in the soccer game. Thank you in advance and greetings

I don't believe there are many (if any) 144Hz 1440p monitors that use the newest "fast" IPS-type panels. Most are now 240Hz.
The closest I'm aware of for what you're asking is the XG27AQM (G-SYNC Compatible), but it's 240Hz 1440p with the latest fast IPS-type panel and ELMB support.
Then there's the PG279Q's successor, the PG279QM, which features the same/similar panel as the XG27AQM, but with a G-SYNC module and no strobing support.

Thank you very much, I've been looking at the ones you suggested. I would also like to know which is the best monitor in 27/32 1440p, faster and better looking.
What do you think about the pg329q, will I notice the difference with respect to my pg279q? as I said the milliseconds of my monitor bothers my eyes since my eye / brain notices it, especially in soccer games

The PG279Q is a very slow panel compared to the latest "fast" types, so yes, if you're sensitive to overdrive artifacts, you'll notice a difference.
That said, there's GtG (gray-to-gray) blur, and then there's MPRT (motion picture response time) blur. Panels with lower native GtG in combination with well-tuned overdrive reduce GtG blur (smearing, ghosting due to high pixel response times), whereas strobing reduces MPRT blur (double image due to image persistence).
I know you're asking for the "best" monitor, but your specifications of the "best" 27/32 1440p monitor are too broad. There is no one "best" overall LCD gaming monitor. It depends on what you prioritize; size, resolution, aspect ratio, contrast ratio, overdrive performance, strobed capability, VRR-capability, etc.
I'll tell you one thing now; you won't be able to get everything you want in a single LCD gaming monitor. You'll need to prioritize one or two characteristics you can't live without, and then narrow down your choices from there. There will be compromises.

I seek to prioritize:
first of all: the lowest response time (with a usable overdrive without overshoot and good strobing), and that it is from 144hz and above. if the pg329q would be an improvement over the pg279q with respect to this I would go for it
in 2nd place would go maybe for the rest...
As I said gtg response time is my highest sensitivity next to mprt blur. I would like with elmb, but I have read that the one from asus is half bad.
gsync, etc. wouldn't be a problem, because I'm trying to keep the frequency fixed.

Any newer model with "Fast IPS" in the product description will guarantee the lowest native GtG. As for overdrive performance, ASUS and Acer typically have the best tuning (AOC not so much, for instance).
As for strobing, that's trickier, since the quality and feature set for that can vary heavily from model to model and brand to brand.
To narrow it down further, you'll need to confirm your desired price range. There's only a handful of 1440p models with the newer "Fast IPS" panels AND strobing, most of which are using the same couple of AUO panel-types in different chassis.
Do you have your eye on any specific models not counting those you already mentioned?

For tear-free gameplay with framerates within the refresh rate, G-SYNC is superior in both latency and frametime performance with fixed frequency (aka locked framerate within the refresh rate) compared to standard V-SYNC. However, if you typically run games uncapped with no sync, and you're used to tearing, then, yes, VRR-specific features would be less important for you (even though they're included with pretty much every new monitor anyway).

These are also the ones I've been watching
LG 27GN950-B (although it is 4k and more expensive)
ASUS XG27AQM

1. PG329Q -
TFT Central review.
2. 27GN950-B -
RTINGS review (no strobing support).
3. XG27AQM - strobing support, but no technical reviews available (only editorial), so hard to determine performance in any detail.
