PG259QN should have the best lag because of its 360Hz refresh rate:
RTINGS - 1,6 ms
TFTC - 1,8 ms
HUB v1 - 3,8 ms (processing+refresh 1,8 ms)
THW - 18 ms (vsync)
Most of the gaming monitors today have great lag, some can be tricky tho. As long as input lag is not abnormally high you shouldn't worry about it.
