What is needed is to get Device Manager to show the full monitor model name ("XL2420Z", "XL2420G", "XL2720Z", "XL2411Z"). The default Windows 10 driver says "Zowie XL Series" which makes it harder for Strobe Utility to detect supported monitors, so you want to change your monitor driver until it displays the model the the suffix -- then Strobe Utility will work again.
(You'll also need to run Strobe Utility as Administrator as well, too)
There's a new version of Strobe Utility coming out later this winter (or spring) that is compatible with the "Zowie XL Series" driver, but there's a huge Blur Busters TODO still in progress at the moment.
Cheers,

Im not sure which OS you're using but generally it should be found under Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative Tools\System Tools\Device Manager in all recent Windows versionswillpv06 wrote:hi everyone,

I think that Registry editing the monitor name to make it show in Device Manager, should also work too.

Re: cant use the blurbuster utility
If you use the XL2420G with the blurbuster utility you can't be using G-Sync, you need to connect the monitor to your computer Via DVI and switch it to "Classic Engine"
