If you are playing at over 240hz then Gsync isn't even active so it doesn't make any difference.

G2G response time is pixel transition/blurring, the ms isn't input lag its pixel response, I think you're confusing pixel response ms with input lag combining it with saying Gsync adds 1ms?

Dell AW2521HF in fps games

Hello guys!
I have as main monitor dell aw2521hf and I'm playing mostly fps games.Any of you have the same monitor and also use in fps games? Do you recommend any settings? Do you use Gsync on this monitor, or do you play without it?

I am currently using the dell alienware aw2521hf monitor and I have 3 response time modes. Fast that gives 4 ms GTG and has no ghosting or pixelation. But I also have "super fast" and "extreme" which give a lot of ghosting and pixelation, but have 2ms GTG and 1ms GTG responses ...
