Dell AW2521HF in fps games

Hello guys!
I have as main monitor dell aw2521hf and I'm playing mostly fps games.Any of you have the same monitor and also use in fps games? Do you recommend any settings? Do you use Gsync on this monitor, or do you play without it?
Thanks in advance for your help, I want to collect feedback because I still don't know if it calibrates it well. I'm swinging between fast reponse time without Gsync and Extreme with Gsync. What do you think? (I have in games like CS:GO and Valorant in all time more than 240 fps)
