So i found an interesting paper where they testet different buffer sizes while playing Quake IV.
From what i gather a smaller buffer size is better for jitter and delay, but for their testing this only came into effect if the bandwithlimit is reached. (they testet 2 & 3 Mbit connections)

I have my Mouse in my Cpu USB 3.2 slot.
For my Keyboard i can choose between USB 2.0 (Cpu) or USB 3.2 (Chipset)
What would be adviseable, does it even matter?
