1st message was lower contrast and brightness and go to doctor. it doesnt help

Just look at this. its not normal and i think our eyes cannot stand this moving white shadow. its not always the same thats why our eyes get extremely crazy. dont know how to call this phenomenon but it exist. this va screen helped me to know whats going on. on ips i had hard eyestrain, on va super ...

this is good idea. thats why im saying always 60fps games was looking better on old screens than now. now 60fps (60hz) look like stuttering lol

did you found monitor that works for you? i have probably same problem cause like you and for me its mostly pupil pain but i think i understand your "convergence/focusing with my eyes" problem like noone. i also cant concentrate my eyes to view an image because it gives me horrible pain

yes i was using paper to screen because image for me was more smooth and pleasant for my eyes. it was just some kind of experiment nothing special

i use frc monitor and for my eyestrain it doesnt have impact
