Anyone has gpu-palit-rtx-3050-6gb Kalmx for comparison?

I use gpu-palit-rtx-3050-6gb Kalmx and monitor Asus PG248Q (displayport).
With previous Palit gtx 1650 4 gb kalmx everything worked. I would turn gsync on from the panel, and the light at the bottom right of the monitor would only turn red when I was using gsync (I only use it in full screen ...

In "image resize" what percentage should I put? 65%?

When I was using my GTX 1650 the red Gsync light would only turn on when gsync was active at full screen, now with other video cards (may be a GTX 750 or an RTX 3050) the red light is always on. What can I do?

Why not Gsync+ULMB2?

I was using Mame with Direct3d, but I realized that Gsync doesn't work with them, while with Opengl it works. Why, in your opinion?
