Re: 1600 dpi is better than 800 or 400 dpi due to faster mouse latency

I still don't really get what you are saying about "not touching ingame sensitivity", it is there to be adjusted to how you like it, there isn't a 1:1 of what the game should be played on, its just preference. And I think you have still misunderstood the thread like I already said, the DPI isn't ho...

Re: 1600 dpi is better than 800 or 400 dpi due to faster mouse latency

You still choose your ingame sensitivity no matter what DPI your mouse is, anybody can get the same turn circle distance with any DPI by upping or lowering the game sens, you don't just load the game and play on its default setting. The post isn't talking about actual mouse sens per pixel, its talk...

Re: 1600 dpi is better than 800 or 400 dpi due to faster mouse latency

Just one question. The higher the DPI, the faster you're mouse/movement in-game is. Now for example, say 1600 DPI is too fast for you. You have 6/11, or a "proper" raw_input that doesn't interpolate. Doesn't every game have a sensitivity slider that works identically to 6/11 slider in Win Control P...

Re: How can I disable GPU clocks lowering to save power?

So the "prefer maximum performance" setting in the nvidia control panel's "power management mode" option in the "3D settings" section doesn't work for you? No, it does not work. I have it set globally and per game too. I also have ultimate performance mode in Windows. The GPU is still downclocking ...

Re: (help) ideal gsync setup (reflex, vsync)

With Reflex on, if you use Gsync with Vsync (ingame or Nvidia) it will autocap you like you said. If you want to cap closer to your refresh (-3), you'll have to run Gsync with no Vsync on. I don't recall anybody testing these specifics yet but I presume the autocap is done by the Nvidia frame limite...

Re: G-Sync/V-Sync On, won't hit FPS I set

Why not? I set both G-Sync and V-Sync to On and changed Low Latency to 'On' instead of Ultra, shouldn't that work? No low latency mode is doing absolutely nothing with Reflex on, Reflex takes priority. They both do the same thing though, if you had Reflex off LLM Ultra will cap your fps under your ...

Re: Is VRR now an acceptable optimization for Gsync? (Gears 5)

You don't need to touch that to use VRR, just set up Gsync the standard way and it will work for pretty much all new games. I don't even have that Windows VRR toggle anymore, I'm guessing they took it off with a newer update because it was useless anyway. Your post is also very confusing, you are ta...

Re: G-Sync/V-Sync On, won't hit FPS I set

No, it was Overwatch. I saw in some other posts that G-Sync On + V-Sync On + Low Latency on Ultra means it auto-caps your FPS a little bit below refresh (so 326 sounds about right for 360Hz). Leaving Low Latency on 'On' avoids that. Hopefully when Overwatch gets Nvidia Reflex in the next patch it c...

Have you double checked your ingame refresh rate under graphics settings is set to 144?

Re: G-Sync/V-Sync On, won't hit FPS I set

I'm guessing the game you are talking about has Nvidia Reflex? If you set Gsync+Vsync with Nvidia Reflex, it will auto cap your refresh to stop you hitting your max refresh and getting Vsync lag, if you want to set your own fps limit closer to the max refresh of your monitor then you need to turn Vs...
