Chief: I even remember the time when i had monochromatic crt on my table. The values are measured in upper left corner.
I checked more on this behavior, and it seems Direct3D feature called "render ahead" is responsible for this. See this function > http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows ...

Re: Eizo FG2421 -- [Turbo240 is EIZO equivalent of lightboos
Can you please compare Turbo240 to ULMB? I wanted to get FG2421 for testing, but EIZO probably got scared that it might be compared to GSYNC and said it can only be tested in their facility against another 120Hz gaming monitor.

Re: g-sync input lag vs XL2411T vs XL2420Z vs VG248QE
Greetings all again!
i went to test GSYNC abit more, since i was really curious what will happen at the cap. Before i go on, one thing about the method - it's quite old method (few years) that was developed for event purpose (since infinite.cz is an event company) to test video and audio latency of ...

Re: GSYNC vs CRT input lag?
DP limit is 4K@60Hz, which means it should be able to do 1920x1080@240Hz, therefore taking 4.2ms to upload a FullHD frame. Dual Link DVI limit is 1920x1080@144Hz, taking 7.9ms.

Re: g-sync input lag vs XL2411T vs XL2420Z vs VG248QE
Correct. All used Dual Link DVI cable. Unfortunately i had to return the 2420Z and 248QE was used as donor for gsync. I can test DVI vs DP on my home XL2420T. But i mostly credited it to the fact that gsync monitor have no scaler or anything else that could slow the signal (the only feature on OSD ...

Greetings to all people on this forum,
I'm the person who wrote the article in first post and did the test :)
First of all, regarding the Display Port latency being low - It's simple the value I've measured, i did it 3 times just to be sure it's the actual value. I've measured similar value on my ...
