Brightness: 80(daytime) 25-40(nighttime)
Contrast: 80
Vivid pixel: 25
Color Temp: User mode - R92 ...

I can vouch for the vg258qm although I haven’t used the Dell. I have however used the aw2521hf which should be similar to the Dell, didn’t like it.

8qm feels great in valo and apex at 280hz. Gets very bright, motion is clear without elmb.

I have a theory about this monitor, maybe I am wrong ...

I wont use strobing because of the low brightness.
And yeah I already ordered the VG258QM and amazon already shipped it ( now it's the waiting game ^^ )

I have had X25 f, XL2546K, VG259QM and I pick VG258QM 280hz TN over them all if using without strobing (I cant because of eyestrain). Just one more option.

Viewing angles are also very good on my unit, hard to believe its TN. Monitor is light weight but construction is good, im using monitor ...
