Single monitor
Fullscreen, but I tried to force exclusive on steam with "-window-mode exclusive" but I don't know if it work for all games. I'm sure it work for cuphead, because without that command gsync if off on cuphead.

I already read gsync 101 and tried all settings.
My settings right now:
Monitor menu: Freesync
NCP: Gsync on fullscreen - vsync on - low latency on
In-game: Vsync off
Frame rate cap wirh rtss: 141

Visible stutter with small fps drop
Hello!
I'm going crazy, I can't solve this problem. I have tried everything.
As I wrote on the title, small fps drop 1-2-3-4-5 cause visible stutter in all games.
I also tried formatting, but nothing.
I discovered earlier, that if I lock the fps to 58, there are no drops. Above 60, yes.

but if I play a game with vsync, with a 120hz panel, below 120 fps, I would still have tearing. no?
from your guide:
If your GPU is not fast enough to run at full frame rate during VSYNC ON,
…try a lower refresh rate
…adjust game detail/AA
…switch to a G-SYNC monitor or ...
