24G2U Distortion at "Moving Photo" test , videos, vsynced/fps capped games

It starts immediately after Chrome's fullscreen notification disappears , before that , with the black/grey pop-up , issue not present on "moving photo test"

** Last part in video ( 0.13 sec mark ) i track it with camera its much more visible


Its like old winamp eq animations
Distortion lies all the way horizontaly without break-up.

Solution:

Reset your NVIDIA Control Panel settings and make sure you're not using VSYNC OFF for fullscreen mode.

Ideally, you should only set VSYNC OFF on a per-application basis, and never for global fullscreen usage.

Manage 3D Settings -> Global Settings -> Vertical Sync -> Use the 3D application setting

For TestUFO, you don't want web browsers such as Google Chrome to use VSYNC OFF in fullscreen mode.

If you want to force VSYNC OFF, do it via in-game and/or the Program Settings.

That looks like screentearing.
Does it happen at lower refresh rates like 60hz as well? does it happen in microsoft edge?
Make sure hardware acceleration is enabled in Chrome settings. Make sure Freesync is enabled. If you have an Nvidia GPU, make sure G-SYNC for full screen is enabled.

Does it happen at lower refresh rates like 60hz as well? does it happen in microsoft edge?

Issue persists on edge , on chrome Hardware accel enabled.

Freesync disabled on osd by me , I have nvidia gpu , personally I dont like it .
Do u want me to enabled it for testing purposes or ?


Also tried all settings on osd (manually selecting input method, colour stuff , overdrive , black level vs)
Tried lots of diffrent timings with cru


I tought I checked for frameskipping , but I didnt capture the pic while moving squares were on top ( where problem exist) so I did that here it is

If enabling Freesync/G-sync doesn't fix it, there is something wrong with that monitor. Return it or contact AOC for a replacement.
