Only at 240Hz. Without DSC, it's limited to 240Hz 8-bit. But uou can still use 180Hz 10-bit with DSC disabled.

The downside is that the 180Hz mode in this monitor is broken when VRR is enabled

I was actually that guy back in 2023 asking about DSC, and funny enough I ended up searching about it again now because I just got a new 360Hz XG27ACDNG. Been using it for about a week — looks fine and smooth overall — but in shooters I started to feel something weird that I can’t fully explain.
Before this, I had been grinding on my 7-year-old MSI FHD IPS while waiting for the 360Hz QD-OLED. Honestly, I was tapping heads way easier on that old panel compared to this OLED. Not sure if it’s my skill, my eyes adjusting to 2K res, or something else, but I can definitely say there’s something off with OLEDs in competitive shooters. That’s what keeps pushing me back to the idea that maybe DSC (or something about OLED processing) is doing something in Valorant or other shooters.

Your anecdote is only an anecdote and cannot be taken as concrete evidence, nor can r0ach's rambling in someone's discord DM's.
There are multiple variables at play when you discuss these differences, it's not a single variable like you think it is.
All of this is easily verifiable with microsecond precision input latency testing, akin to flood's old thread.
These are the articles I've come across which mention the total latency increase:
1st article (claims the difference is 50ns (0,5µs))
2nd article (claims ~3µs)
Can it be more? Yes, the room is open for interpretation
I personally, without any sources to back my claims up, think it's well below <10µs in terms of overall impact on the processing latency chain.
There are much larger fish to catch on the system latency pipeline when you're tuning digital systems to be analog-like.
