240hz OD60 is good enough for your setup, alternatively you could use 280hz + Adaptive Sync ON + OD60 + 275fps cap, you'll get some minor latency improvements.

If your fps were in the high 270 I'd recommend OD120.

Hi. First I want to say thank you for all information and advice shared here!
After seeing different settings recommended to different context I'm a bit confused what exactly I should be using

I appreciate any help someone could give me. I'm playing mainly Valorant and osu!, on osu! I can get 900+fps no problem, Valorant on the other hand I'd peak at 240~270 fps in The Range looking at bots but during actual matches my fps will be fluctuating 180~250 sometimes getting as low as 140~150 if there's too much happening at once.

I'm using Ryzen 5 2600 as CPU and RX580 8gb as GPU
