Hi,
personally id look for BenQ XL2420Z because it doesnt use PWM and maybe because of BenQ Blur Reduction (but I cant comment that as I didnt see it in action).

I can measure it for you today if you like, specifically what are you looking for? The lowest setting the monitor can be set to while on the stand?

BenQ XL2411Z is much cheaper than XL2420Z.
Performance and picture quality is same. Difference is minimal: no DisplayPort, a bit another design, S-switch.
Price diff is 50-100$.
Maximum height of XL2411Z ~55.5cm and minimum is ~42.5cm on stand.

XL2411Z 255$
XL2420Z 330$
All screens are ok for AMD. Just get not G-Sync ones.

The 2411z is the same panel as the 2420z, just no displayport (which isn't necessary). Particularly nice if you don't enjoy the ostentatious stand of the latter. It's the direct competitor to the VG248QE and has better, tuneable, strobing at cost of a slightly too aggressive anti-ghosting (which is only too apparent on midtone backgrounds). It also works out of the box with AMD cards, which might be the most important point.

Just be sure to run VT1350/120hz, set the persistence between 1ms and 2ms, keep the crosstalk on the early side, get the appropriate ICC profile, and set it to the Standard picture mode for very decent color. Simple right?
