catalyst 14.9 strobelight problem

Ask about motion blur reduction in gaming monitors. Includes ULMB (Ultra Low Motion Blur), NVIDIA LightBoost, ASUS ELMB, BenQ/Zowie DyAc, ToastyX, black frame insertion (BFI), and now framerate-based motion blur reduction (framegen / LSS / etc).

Catalyst 14.9/14.9.1 has a bug in atiadlxy.dll that causes strobelight.exe to crash when trying to communicate with the monitor. It's possible to work around the problem by using the atiadlxy.dll from 14.7.

I've added instructions to the main post: http://www.monitortests.com/forum/Threa ... and-NVIDIA
