Electrical input lag started when my dad changed from 15 to 30 amps

Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI. Please read this before entering sub-forum.

This week I also called the electrician from my power company, he measured and analyzed the power directly from the power pole on my street, there was no variation in electrical voltage and the power was reaching the voltage it should. Honestly, I don't know what to think anymore, I made an individual grounding in the socket where I use my PC/monitor/modem, unfortunately none of this helps.
That means an electrician should be able to fix it then, no ?
My issue lies under the ground and I'm waiting till they come fix it, don't know when that's going to happen tho.

The default voltage is 230.
He measured on the power meter, I believe the cables that come to it from the pole.
+1,-1,+2,-2 every other second yes, sometimes it fluctuates even more and might get -5 without any reason at all.
I have this +2 -2 thing too , rapidly changing

Also when I run couple of watt hungry applications at the same time , voltage reading from my breaker shows a drop from 235 to 220 , and I could run a lot more.

Sadly in my country no one gives fk unless some things explode , please keep us updated.
So small update.
They did change the cable and box but it made 0 difference to voltage, so the problem lies somewhere else.
It still goes insanely low when you use any device in the house and he said that it normally shouldn't even move.
They'll probably fix it by Monday, I'll update further.
Any updates ?
Not yet, still waiting for them to come get it fixed.
Issue lies under the ground so they gotta work to fix it and will take a while for them to decide to work.

Well not sure it's gonna get fixed, power company electricians been lying about the voltage constantly.
They find 210 readings and say 220 on the phone/papers/etc to avoid having to fix it.
They literally do it in front of you, not even trying to hide it,shameless.

It has nothing to do with voltage.

Noone said it has to do with voltage and only.
But voltage is one of the few things you can actually monitor.
So you go with that and see where it leads.

Voltage was the thing I followed and bought a UPS for my PC and fixed my issues, now was basically trying to fix the source of it and get it over for the whole house but nah.

Powerwalker VFI 1000 TG UPS On-Line 1000VA 900W

Wouldn't really recommend going for it unless you need a good UPS either way.
What worked for me might not work for you.

Give it a bit before returning it, might take a few days for PC to work correctly.
Yw, good luck!

Correct , we are hoping if widow's voltage problem lies within "street's main line shared too much" or main transformer in street , after company fixes it he may get rid of the issue
