Is anyone not experiencing stutter and increased input lag on Adrenaline 24.x.x drivers?

In gaylorant and cs2 for high fps you must have good cpu, its not about gpu,i have 100fps but my cpu is i5 6600,i am level 7 in face it.

is i5 9400F enough for an rx580 ?

maybe, but in my case my motherboard only have "Above 4G Decoding" and does not have Resizable BAR,and even tho my vc is 8gb i can only use 256mb.in the screen the app says that "Resizable BAR" is disabled but on my motherboard it does not exist,i update my bios to the last one and it still the same.

I manage to enable it through regedit and now it says that it is enabled and uses full amount of memory.
You tried to find Resizeable Bar Option through Scewin and enable it that way ? maybe gonna works for you too then.
And you need disable CSM and go UEFI after..

Have no Idea if this thing rly working and does something because i noticed zero differences but read that in some games it rly gives up to 20% performance boost.

The thing which i dont understand why it still says: hardware support [NO] and driver support [Unsupported GPU] in GPUz.

I know this one.I will try to explain keep in mind english is not my native and i dont care about type mistakes.So first of all if you motherboard supports "Resizable BAR" first you need to go in bios and enable "Above 4g decoding" and then "Resizable BAR" will be visble and then you enable it too.After that "Resizable BAR" will work like in your pictures,in my case if my motherboard make update and make "Resizable BAR",because i have only "Above 4g decoding"( and i try win SCEWIN trust me) then my gpu rx 580 will go from 256 to 8gb like yours.Google it.I wish a simple regedit dword would work but if your motherboard dont supports then nothing will help i think.I will post screen shot with your dwords and show you gpuz to see nothing changes.Also i have csm disabled win updates disabled almost everything you can name is disabled.

EDIT:i just remember you if you are like and you have old gpu and old mb and mb dont support and you want fps increase you use thishttps://github.com/xCuri0/ReBarUEFI ,but i cant make it,i try and i did not work,or maybe i could not do it the right way.but its 100% perfomance gain if you have amd and you have it bios you must enable it for sure 100%
