Help getting VRR right.

Post by angelolorenzoni » 08 Dec 2024, 00:52

Hello there, I have an MSI MAG24C with an spec of 60-144Hz(V) and 30-160kHz(H) spec in the manual, but, with default settings I got 48-144Hz(V) and 162kHz-162kHz (H) with an max pixel clock of 330MHZ.

I was testing with 64-144Hz and 60-144Hz rate and using GPU Scaling and the differences are pretty day to night.
Also I test 1-144Hz but i have temp blackouts and jittery image.

What settings should I set if I want the best GSYNC range? Even is for example the lowest fps limit of an game is 64fps? Should I use 64x2 rate? Thankss
