Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI.

So the theories are slowly becoming more and more ridiculous, especially that you now think you yourself are the cause of input lag... Guys please .... What makes you different from other people in terms of anatomy? You didn't have any problems before. I've been reading more posts like this recently and now it's getting out of hand. Please stop it.
You can ignore this post. And you can also ignore the fact that anti-static wrist straps on both hands and grounding your feet fixes the input lag.
The problem is: No one is capable enough to understand this problem. So please don't come here ridiculing others for sharing what has worked for them. If you were a qualified person to solve this, you would have done this already.
Clearly I'm not gonna throw away this setup just because you think its ridiculous right? Nobody is able to understand this issue. This topic makes everyone go back to stoneage and scratch their heads. I suggest you to try it as it works for a lot of people. Once you see the difference, you can perhaps help us understand why its working for us.
Ok please show me where you got the info from and what exactly you need to be able to do this. I would like to test it myself and then give my feedback
you literally use your body to ground your pc, dont do that if you dont wanna die.
If you have to use your own body (rfi absorber), much less connect your body to the ground pin, this means that your ground is broken and most likely a current can leak through it, which can kill you. Instead, find the transformer that powers your home and listen to the noise it makes. You will hear this same noise in your PC.

Even if you would turn out to be right about people themselves affecting electronics this still wouldn't be the mystery lag every one of us is looking for. Again, the way things improve in the morning or at night is a telltale sign that you will never be able to do anything about an issue outside your system and outside your household. However today I went to apply 2 settings that are not easily accessed and the result was the PC working without the mystery delay but it was likely to be the effects of the morning. However if sticks by the time I wake up, I'm going to share them.

I was enjoying the lag free gameplay until I read your message and started researching. I had a recent incident where I was standing barefoot on the floor and touched an open wall outlet wire (live). I received a shock and couldn't let go of the wire for 5 seconds at least. It somewhat damaged my left arm long term and whenever I try to lift something heavy, it starts paining.
As far as I have just researched on this. Any fault in the ground or in the electrical wiring of the house could lead to a shock risk. It isn't worth it. I will gladly play with the lag than risk damaging my body lol. Thank you for the warning. We need a safe solution for this than grounding our body.

Idk if this is normal but I just noticed when rubbing my 3.5mm earphone to ground (pc case metal parts/screws), i can hear a bit of static through the earphones every time i touch it to the case or rub it. When i touch the ground with my hand and then, i cant hear any static

I just meant why not both or all of the above - gear electricity and your body. If it were just one reason it would be found and worked for everyone already.
I've thought about the Sun activity as well because the inconsisteny between bad and good games has gone really wild over the last few years.
It appears that some portion of the problem is on your end and the other is an external factor we can't control, that's why there is no one and permanent solution..

Pro Tip: if you want good gameplay at least for a day in whatever game you play then spend some currency on skins using your money and you will see how the game will give you advantage
Havent anyone found it weird that in whatever popular competitive game you guy play, the top 500 players on those games always have very expensive skins and have spent huge amount of money on their accounts
Its almost like a message (If u dont spend good money in our game, you will always be a noob)
The game publishers dont want freeloaders in their game

I always say about such people: bought a knife, didn’t buy a play.
