I dont wanna be rude but this Z3CrosS guy yaps a lot in his post. he writes all of the stuff we already tried. people have bought prebuild pcs with the same issue. I went over 3 different PCs over 13 years with no fix + laptop. This issue started when I moved to my new house 13 years ago. I could feel it immediately after i moved my old PC to the new house. Something felt off with the mouse, but I wasn't really a gamer back then.
you probably have pirated windows key. thats why
doesnt matter, me and my friend use the same activation script from github, my friend is fine. plus i didnt use any activation script for my pc that i moved to this house.
isn't windows not free anyways ? like today there should be no activation keys needed
Yea but with some features locked and you get a watermark. With the activation script, it stores your activation in your bios, so you can reinstall windows and it will be activated
