It's just that, you need to look for a program called Equalizer APO, which is on SourceForge, and install it on the devices you use. I installed it on my headphones, microphone, and speakers.
Once you've done that, install the addon called Peace GUI, which is also on SourceForge. When you install it, it will tell you that you need to install Equalizer APO first.
When you have everything set up, open the Peace addon, which will appear in the Windows start menu. Go to the effects section, and where it says "Channel Delay," start adding delay. Obviously, it’s better if you use some audio and video sync test video to adjust it and test
So shooter games are now fixed ?

Well, I don't know if it's fixed, but I can play a bit more comfortably. Let's say I feel like I can play a bit more aggressively and not so scared. But it all comes down to how each person feels, so this is just my experience
