PCI-e USB Card with lowest input lag

hello can u help me decide which card to buy for lowest input lag on mouse and keyboard?
Keyboard wooting 80he 8000hz
Mouse Endgame gear op1 8000hz

But it doesnt work with windows 10 after few minutes it gives error with driver...

mcs9990 best with 1.1 2.0 mouse.
that is incompatible with usb nic.
if you want try usb nic order asm3142 + realtek 8153
also, i have 3142 1x it work good with 8k mouse and nic.

i have pcie nic tplink v1 2.5gbps
for me it doesnt work this pcie card -> msc9990 even without nothing plugged in

try to uninstall device and reboot pc

i had 2 mcs9990 no error in dev man i think you need open dispute
try to uninstall device and reboot pc

i uninstall them all and i restart.. after 1 minute stopped working..
here is the hardware id PCI\VEN_9710&DEV_9990&SUBSYS_4000A000&REV_00

idk, im not try valo on it, but it latest windows with normal timer (depend on base cpu speed)
