some pcs autoinstall the netadapter driver instead of ndis based on your mobo
netadaptercx its just a newer and improved driver structure demanded by microsoft as said by them
search “realtek ethernet driver”
click on the first link
scroll down you are gonna see win11 drivers
choose the netadaptercx driver do the captha and its an exe file you press on it and thats just it
on intel these are not as stable as they didnt focus on them
choose the 3rd one

Oh so this is intended for w11 only ? Am on windows 10 that's sucks

give it a try on win10 if u are on latest update and build it might work as good(check device manager network adapter if its updated and its change)

Unfortunately, it says that the Realtek controller is not found, so it doesn’t work. For those who have it, what changes do you notice? I currently have an X670 ASUS ROG Strix motherboard, but I’m switching to MSI or ASRock. I believe those have Realtek, so I should be able to install this driver.

well you said you have intel adapter
use intel driver but the netadaptercx not ndis

Unless you really love Windows and want to search for more solutions, just switch to Linux. The floaty mouse problem is generally less persistent and most games also run better if you have an AMD graphics card. I am using Nobara 41 Gnome with the TKG kernel and the mouse movement is great.

My problem is that I always overdo it with the mouse, even though I have good reflexes, I can't aim precisely at heads. I play CS2, and unfortunately, Faceit's anti-cheat doesn't run on Linux, it's an external anti-cheat software that only runs on Windows. It's interesting, Donk doesn't have input lag, he easily hits 50-60 frags, and he lives in Russla, where it's well-known that the electricity is bad in many places. I don't know what the issue is with me I've moved several times, changed my computer many times, swapped motherboards a lot, from Intel to AMD, but my mouse still feels floaty

I always mention how I never found a solution for the input lag mystery. I tried making extremely broken Windows builds but the floatiness always came back. What I found to be the most important are:
1. disabling write caching for your SSD in device manager
2. disabling task manager through regedit and disabling regedit and cmd before playing games in gpedit.msc
Other things like disabling core parking and using XHCI IMod for Intel CPUs are also important.
It makes me sad to think about how using Windows equals playing a losing game. I'm not saying that Linux is better but at least it's consistent and doesn't go bad within a few minutes of playtime.

Your “floaty mouse” issue are (very likely) DPC/ISR related issues.
I've recently seen a person have their network controller (was listed as Realtek 8168/8111, on a b550m pro vdh wifi) schedule DPC's onto wdf0100.sys instead of ndis.sys which can interfere with any device placed on the USB ports.
It's either DPC/ISR-related or just general HW instability issues (unstable CPU, RAM, GPU...)
Something as simple as a ASMedia-based USB PCIe card for your mouse may alleviate it for you.
Serving breadcrumbs information doesn't help the troubleshooting process either.

But then why is it that I've tried so many systems—Intel, AMD—and the mouse is still bad? And no one else has this problem, only me. I don't understand this. So, is the DPC causing the floaty mouse movement?
