AMD DDR5 expo settings

Hello Community from blurbuster,
My story to handle my delay/mousefloaty/nohitreg....
i purchased 3 PCs in my last 6 months
first PC was 7800x3d with Expo ram DDr5 6000mhz cl32kit
was leaving all default except expo1/2 on
got delay didnt found the fix. was trying all but not my ram

my new pc is 9800x3d with gskill 30cl 6000mhz
i just set it up. tried many windows versions with tweaks and without tweaks.

I tried with every expo setting on my Motherboard ( asus b650-a gaming)
but the delay was still there and i tought its not from my RAM settings.

Now i just set it all manual.

FCLK / UCLK / MHZ

and i dont know its placebo or not. but with manual settings my pc is feels better
even with 5600mhz on 6000MHz kit


anyone have issues with this too? why is EXPO turn my pc to sh1t?
i just found some youtube videos from Derbau8er its a german youtuber.
He said Expo profiles cause this burning issue from X3d chips

Well, ram stability is often a big issue with these cpu's.
If you wanted to make sure it's running fine, you would most likely need to get someone to optimize them for you.
