new motherboard = good skill

im planing to build 9700x or 7800x3d
do you think msi B650M GAMING PLUS WIFI is great option or should i take asus?

in my experience dpc/isr latency can cause hz drop on mouse and framedrop, but trust me, on ideal systems it is not noticeable. Even jitter with delta 500-1500hz will not be so noticeable.
You right, it can be gpu / ram compatibility with motherboard. That mean you can take any ram from qvl list and run with it perfectly.
With gpu same, you can check qvl gpu list, find vbios from that list and flash it on your any-vendor card.
Yes, this is what is referred to as “driver overhead”.
No, I don't “trust you” that it isn't noticable in “ideal systems”.
You can easily verify this yourself by testing a ASMedia controller vs stock Intel/AMD MS drivers in-games while using a 8kHz.
Even easier, you could try using a USB NIC or DAC to see how impactful better DPC/ISR performance is.
Microsecond are important, milliseconds (the 500–1500hz) even more.

In my personal experience, going from a NIC which was not capable of MSI mode (older Qualcomm NIC) to a MSI-X capable one (i210) was night & day in terms of “smoothness” (less macrostuttering from networking drivers)

im tried all possible things.
my delta of mouse hz is 999.9-1000.1, and i have perfect about dps/isr / kernel timer latency (even when mouse move while game). But that is unnecesary if you system be in perfect place, no one software thing cant broke it.

also, for me spdif work alot better then external usb on my dac, but spdif is usb in z790, i think it driver affected.

i think if we think logically if your device suports msi x,it must run it msi mode 100% of the time, however i have read in this forum from many users, who also make threads to show this,if you have nic on mb.in my case is "Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller" i think its always 100% better to be not in msi mode.do you agree with me?
