yea its only visible under stress testing . i foolishly didnt notice the rail voltages in hwinfo.voltages are dropping below limit under full stress test.while playing compatitive games its not visible .
as a result 'turbo' has gone bad on my mb. by which i mean ,i have to play at stock cpu and pcle clock frequency. did check for weeks . all turbo is disabled.bclk turbo also disabled. if i turn on anything related to turbo games will desync.i suspect vrm circuit maybe affected by my old bad psu.
intersting thing i notice if i turn on bclk turbo ,valorant a cpu intensive game wil desync or lag more than gpu intensive games like marvel rivals or apex. both will lag but its more noticeable in cpu games.
my psu has gone bad without any visible signs.
