RADEON Users Set Scaling to: Full Panel!

Can't believe it took me this long to find. If you're using Radeon. Set your scaling to Full Panel. Set everything to off. Gah

There is certainly a difference, always noticed this, but wether it’s better or not is up for debate

Every other setting has to be off. Idk I thought Anti-Lag felt good earlier but only having Anti-Lag 2.0 on Marvel Rivals was good, had to turn Radeon Anti-Lag off.
Enhanced Sync... hmm I don't think so, probably need more testing.
Turned off Freesync Premium too.

GPU Scaling is the only other setting that should be ON.
