Depends on a bunch of criteria.
OLED beats LCD pretty much across the board, except if you need the maximum amount of motion clarity at lower refresh rates, in which case the best strobing (ULMB, ELMB,...) LCDs are unmatched.
Also, since burn-in is a potential issue on static content, some people avoid OLED as a main working monitor.
At the moment of writing, I use an LCD ULMB monitor with a big OLED TV sitting next to it as a secondary display.
I won't go under 1440p and 27", and my research led me to the PG27AQN.
It is by no mean perfect but it should yield among the highest motion clarity at 120hz out of every monitor released with ULMB2 (also works at 144/240hz and 360hz with DSC).
It also supports basic HDR, which remains turned on when ULMB is engaged, something not all strobing monitors do.
As of today, if I wanted an OLED, I would go for the PG27AQDP (27" 1440p 480") but I'm holding out for something better and for CRT Simulation to be useable in any application. It is important for me that 60fps locked content look ok.
On a side note the G-sync Pulsar PG27AQNR monitor mentioned above may finally be coming later this year, but I've only seen one website giving the Q3 2025 ETA, nearly one year after its initial release date of Q4 2024.
So hopefully it's not vaporware and it delivers the goods (better than my PG27AQN in every way).
