Thank you so much to the author for sharing such an experience!but alas, it didn't work for me!I spent a lot of time reinstalling windows 11 since I was sitting and will be sitting on 10, NetAdapterCx this driver is only on windows 11! I didn't notice any effect! as there was no damage registration, so there is none! Alas, I am very disappointed with the wasted time! if your provider is not very good! There is nothing you can do under vpn or doing incorrect path tracing!perhaps you will come across a vpn that does the correct tracing and throws you to the server with the least delay, I had such an experience of ping under 80-90, but registration was straight wow with the ndis driver, the opponents stood for 1 or 2 seconds, it's enough for me to kill everyone in competitive mode, I used the amnesia wg vpn with the warp config, now it does not help in any way with tracing and the least delay to the server!just installing NetAdapterCx and MSI Mode Utility 3 and checking the box won't help you either!
but for the sake of interest, you can waste your time. The question to the author is without negativity and I'm sorry for my English! If anything, a translator! How many days have passed?and what are your results in competitive games?

I'd try moving the mouse's USB dongle away from the motherboard. Does your case have front USB ports you can try? Maybe try a USB extension cable.

It didn't help. The only thing that helped I've already mentioned a few replies ago. Most likely system rearranged the interrupts after what i've done. The mouse is still very responsive. However, I have no idea what's causing this issue, chipset or 14 gen intel cpu. I have a feeling that there's no such issue with AMD cpus

You mentioned removing the USB controller, and I remembered my thread. Maybe you'll find something interesting there. Apparently, the mouse driver should be only one.
and, mouse keyboard driver need be remove and lock to start.

I used your fix before on my Superlight 1 and it definitely worked, however, now I use Superlight 2 and it has a little bit different structure. It changes USB Composite Device name to LIGHTSPEED receiver, so I'm not sure if it works on my new mouse.

I noticed this problem myself about 10 years ago. I play a lot of Battlefield, and poor server performance there has a huge impact on mouse feel. One day, I reinstalled Windows and installed all the drivers, and I noticed how responsive the mouse was and how accurate my aim was. Haven't you ever noticed how quickly web pages open or YouTube videos start on the first day after a fresh Windows installation? Even with the best internet connection and a high-end computer, loading YouTube videos often takes at least half a second. When I reinstall Windows, the video starts instantly with the Enter key press, and the same goes for websites. A day later, it gets worse again. I've reinstalled my system dozens of times and tried installing, removing, or tweaking drivers in different orders to figure out what's causing it.

The problem arises from the separate installation of the latest Ethernet driver recommended by your motherboard manufacturer. When you reinstall your system, Windows installs everything except the Ethernet driver. Windows installs a version that's at most a year older but, strangely enough, produces much less input lag.
