X870 Motherboard

Post by Coldplayer » 21 Oct 2025, 17:55

Hi guys, I'm getting a X870 motherboard for a 9800x3d and wondering what a good option is in terms of running it at a good boost clock using PBO and also low latency components eg NIC. Was looking at the MSI X870 Tomahawk which I think does well clocking the CPU but not sure if the realtek nic/usb controllers are good or should i go something with an intel NIC that and if the onboard audio on either has more latency.

Thanks

get intel nic 75% chance ur gonna get a faulty realtek one even if its a good one its still way worse than intel, nic lottery>silicone lottery
