After all this years of people thinking that i am crazy i can clearly say that i am not , after 6 years of trying to understand what happened the only thing that i can accept is that microsoft changed something in their systems or introduced something new in updates that changed everything. Take a look at the photos and let me know what you think . CS was not playable from 2018-2020 until now, but in valorant sens is pretty responsive and sharp

Also keep in mind that when you launch a game it can be one flip mode , when you alt tab it can change , during game it can come back to good flip mode and you will feel like its fixed but when a message come or some overlay popup it can also trigger flip mode to change , for me best feeling is hardware independent flip , and win32priority separation is always default on 2 , all others seems to messup the feeling

You are chasing a ghost if you have the anomaly input lag/desync. Unless you have some other issue or mild input lag.

-The problem occurs in linux also. My steamdeck has same issues
-Problem occurs in console also. My old ps3 has the issues especially online FPS.
-Majority people don't have this problem. If they did, they would go crazy like us in the forums and would be more widespread outrage. Maybe the issues are undderreported with people not caring or just chalking it up to their bad skill but it is still not widespread problem
-Most people get on windows without changing much settings and most streamers and pros just game normally without tweaking windows stuff. Maybe they do some weaks to get more fps and better input lag feel but they still didn't have the anomaly input lag/desync to begin with.
