Help with "Display Pilot" benq monitor program

I recently got a gaming monitor, the BenQ XL2420Z, everything is great about it but just one thing, i can't use their program, the Display Pilot program. Each time i load up the program it says, "Enumerating Display Devices Phase 1", then it says "Display pilot has stopped working."

I've tried to re install it like 5-7 times but still doesn't work. I've tried to install it via their website and the CD they gave me.

I'm running windows 7 64bit and i'm also using a r9 270 if that helps

Hi, I was experiencing the same error before. What I did to fix the issue was to uninstall AMD driver 14.9 and replaced it with a 14.4. Since then the display pilot works flawlessly. Do try other newer versions as I have not tested them. Hope this helps.

Also have u tried updating the new driver after u reinstall it back to 14.4 ?
