I don't know exactly how your problem manifests itself, so maybe that's not the issue, although hardware issues are worth considering as well. In my case, this is a 100% solution, so I just thought I'd share it on this forum in case it helps someone else.

I think in your case, the current was choosing the path that was causing you problems. You disrupted the "bad" current path by changing the screw resistance.
For a clean experiment, run your setup without the metal case.

By "Cooler" you mean the screws that ties the fan itself? 🤔

Oh my god, what nonsense! If you overtighten the CPU heatsink, it will bend the board and the RAM will fall off. This is the first time I've seen anyone write that you can overtighten the video card. Oh my god, what nonsense. Yeah, right now we're all convinced that as soon as you turn off the PC and try to unplug the hardware, there will be a temporary improvement, TEMPORARY! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Okay guys, I don't think there's any point in trying to prove anything to you. Let at least the people who are looking for a solution to this problem check this out.

This is a temporary solution, since you only modified the EMI or the path of current and grounding however, after some time the problem will appear elsewhere.
