I can´t deal with this anymore

Hey guys, just here to vent.

Im 24 and live with my parents, have been working for 5 years and changing everypart on my pc + ups + isolation transformer.
PC SPECS: 9800X3D + 5070TI + 990 PRO 2TB + 32GB DDR5 CORSAIR + 380HZ monitor.

We live in a rented house and the guy who owns the house doenst even want anything to do with the eletricity problems and we can t do anything cause I live in the Madeira Island and house rent prices surpass the monthly income and the rent price he is doing is lower than most houses...
When I took it to my gfs house to try it out it was much better altough her house is older than mine. And there is no space for me there.

I have been studying eletricity in university because it´s something that fascinates me, also it haunts me.

I have found multiple junction boxes with corroded wires + burnt wires + wires with paint ( photos below)

I have gamed my whole life and unfortunately on this house is awful, the feeling of the game seems delayed, when others try my pc they feel something is off.

I have 15k Hours of CS and wished I could play with a smooth undelayed game.

I literally want to cry everyday just thinking about it.

I feel very sad about this knowing in a near future there isn´t going to be a change...
