i am not talking about any grey to grey tests, i am just talking about the physical speed at which an object moves across your screen, should someone using a (1080p) monitor use the same pixel speed as a (1440p,4k etc)? to simulate the motion blur our eyes see
because it is moving slower across the screen, the higher the resolution goes up
i scaled the ufo to 133% (1440p monitor) left, to match physical size of the (1080p monitor) right, and it is still slower moving across the screen using a higher resolution at the same 1920 pixel speed, would a fair test (just motion clarity wise) be running the 1080p monitor at 1440 pixels/s compared to the 1440p monitor running at 1920 pixels/s for comparison
can you explain how i am wrong, thanks

Re: Motion Blur tests at different resolutions pixel speeds
There are multiple potential reasons.
Assuming you've left motion speed untouched...
...Zoom ratios may be a bit off. 133% may actually be closer to 130% or similar because of some math rounding limitations.
Test www.testufo.com/resolution with "Pixel Scale" configured to "Default".
Zoom to 133% and read out what resolution it says. It probably won't be 1920x1080
