Monitor recommendations for minimum motion blur and smooth eye tracking

I've been reading through this forum and I'm really impressed by the depth of knowledge here, which i don't have. I'd love to get your recommendations for a monitor that focuses on two things: the least possible motion blur, and the smoothest visual clarity when my eyes follow fast-moving objects on screen.
My primary usage will be competetive fps gaming. I don't mind if its 24.5 or 27 inch monitor.
I don't have a budget problem and please be noted that my pc is tweaked and optimized enough to get stable 600 plus fps in cs2 with 1080p res.
