I have a real electricity problem

Even if you try the PC somewhere outside your home, you’ll only see about a 30–50% improvement because the PC has already been affected. As of now, there’s no known way to restore the PC’s performance back to 100%. Even if you move to a new place, you may still experience the same issue. In short, the only solution is a new PC in a new location

I don't think the theory that the device is faulty is correct.

Because its performance is good during late-night hours.
I remember in winter, the device worked perfectly for four whole days without any problems.

im just an IT engineer , can't go that far in electricity , but try grounding , u have nothing to lose.
and btw i do think that the improvement for some hours only ,is because, the devices didnt charge up with bad electricity, so the responsiveness was cuz ur pc / router had clean electricity for some time, then got the builded up with bad energy

nah , one day, 1 year ago, we had a huge storm/rain here in algiers...
that shit fixed my game for 1week, then that shitty hot weather came and everything got fkd up again

Update:
went to a store specialised in grounding here in algiers, met an old man, explained to him the issue ( didnt say input lag, just said parasites and 60v coming out my pc case)
that guy explained to me that here in algeria, 90% of houses are without grounding, and told me that he had like a lab in his office,
he installed grounding there cause without it, the machines can have a strange behaviour. and thats logic.

I brought my bad laggy pc from old place to new place and its works normally now, same with my consoles. On the first day at the new place I saw a little bit of the old lagginess but within a few hours it was like a brand new pc. Still good after almost 4 months

By the way, I think this might be due to the capacitors, since they store the dirty power, but if something is good, you'll see it right away. There is no such thing as the machine getting infected it doesn't exist, and it never has.

yeah exactly.
just ur pc storing dirty electricity , and getting rid of it once u change ur location.
you can see that effect actually , unplug your pc for 1week , then play a game, u will notice something changed !
