changing realtek LAN drivers either makes my mouse extremely fast, or extremely sluggish...
same thing with the AMD chipset drivers ...
for the lan drivers, had no issues the first week when i got fiber, then got fkd up 1week later or less.

It doesn't seem like you're suffering from desync, just poor hit registration. When you move, bullets still miss you by passing to the sides. With real desync, that's basically impossible.
If it's only the heavy mouse feeling, I'd recommend buying an Intel PCI network card. I used Realtek for years too, but about a year ago I switched to an Intel I210-AT. At first I thought it was just my imagination, but whenever I plug the Ethernet cable back into the motherboard and use the Realtek NIC, the heavy mouse feeling becomes much worse.
I don't think it will actually improve your hit registration, but if you're having that mouse issue, it's up to you whether you want to test it or not

well unlucky to say that, thats an issue i had with 4 different mobos, and 1 pcie network card
