Could this man have solved the problem with this device?

Separate area for niche lag issues including unexpected causes and/or electromagnetic interference (ECC = retransmits = lag). Interference (EMI, EMF) of all kinds (wired, wireless, external, internal, environment, bad component) can cause error-correction latencies like a bad modem connection. Troubleshooting may require university degree. Your lag issue is likely not EMI. Please read this before entering sub-forum.

First of all, thank you. However, there are some points that need to be clearly understood. 1- If this were truly a physical issue, Ukralnlan, Russlan, and Polish players wouldn't have started experiencing problems only after the war began. Did s1mple's body suddenly transform into a villain's?
https://youtube/CXlyJBWbJ0E?si=8T-HybIfzRo0u4yo

Please watch the video. This guy used to be the best player in the world. Don't give me that "he took a break and came back" excuse; we've seen plenty of players take breaks and return. In the video, you can clearly see how s1mple is experiencing desync. 2- The body might be a result, not a cause. Sure, my body might have a negative effect on a PC—just as the electromagnetic field of an iron might affect it positively—but the body isn't the problem here. Even if you were to resolve the issue with your body, there are other devices in adjacent rooms that could still be causing interference. 3- You say it's the same no matter where we go. No, it isn't. There are countless posts about this on the forum. There are plenty of people who play well at internet cafes. There are many who claim to play well at a friend's house in another city or even in another country. 4- The general consensus is that, for everyone, this problem started around 2020. I don't know what happened in 2020. Some people claim we caught some kind of digital virus and are dealing with the consequences. But let me tell you: I experience the exact same stuttering on a damn PC and a damn PS5—in different environments, at different times, and in different cities. The exact same hitches happen in FIFA, too. When you look at it that way, you really start to wonder if the problem is actually with your own hands.I don't know what happened in 2020. But a lot of people look from the outside and say we just want to play more competitive games. That’s not true. I even want to play a damn flight simulator, but I know that if I buy the gear, download the game, and play it, I’ll run into a sync issue that ruins the experience there too. I mean, we can't even click accurately on the desktop. We click one pixel too high or too low. In those rare moments when the issue clears up, we can sense the precision right there on the desktop. 5- I’ve always felt that my game performs much worse when I turn on the PC after taking a shower. Maybe there’s an energy-related effect there, too. But again, that’s a result, not a cause. I believe the problem is hardware-related. I see electricity manipulating CPU and RAM timings. And I’m sure that when we finally find the solution, it’s going to be something ridiculous. Something absurd, like piling potatoes around the computer. 6- MOST IMPORTANTLY. People here claim that they’ve had high-budget electrical systems installed, tried every possible experiment, isolated themselves from the apartment building's grid, and created a "clean" power supply—yet the problem persists, so they argue it can't be electrical. I’m trying to say that’s not true. Stop messing with the damn wall outlet. The problem isn't the electricity coming through the cable; the problem is the electricity in the air. You might have done everything right, but in the next room, you have a washing machine that isn't a Miele—unlike what the Danes use. Do you get it? Do you understand why Scandinavians are so good at CS2? There’s a kind of "pollution" in the air that causes the signal from your CPU to reach your monitor incorrectly or distorted. Think of it like a cloud of fog. And I claim the solution has already been found—they just aren't telling us. When Donk floated the "iron" theory, everyone dismissed it too lightly. They already knew. m0NESY knows too. And somehow, they found a way to perfect their gameplay. 7- Depending on the settings I use in the game, some absurd behaviors occur. Roughly speaking, they are as follows: -A setup where I can't perform long jumps; when I jump, the player model slows down in mid-air and falls short. -Issues with turning movement. When the game is running well, a single mouse swipe lets me instantly look behind me when I'm holding an AWP. At other times, though, I have to swipe three times. The game stutters when I turn while holding the AWP.
The real major issue—something everyone experiences—is packet inconsistency; falling behind the server state during packet exchange. That "behind the server" feeling. There are hundreds of videos about this now. https://youtube/4zwvQZHUTr4?si=we3K6N8m2wZGpDaY This is exactly what we all go through every day: an opponent sliding and teleporting right in front of you, even though on their screen, I’m standing out in the open like a sitting duck. You know what’s interesting? A teammate with no lag sees you as if *you* have no lag. In one match where I felt like I was lagging 0.6 or 0.7 seconds behind the server, a teammate asked, "You saw the guy; why did you turn right?" I swear, on my screen, no one had appeared at "long corner." I shifted my aim toward the pit, and the enemy appeared at long corner for a mere millisecond before killing me. In reality, anyone without my specific hardware setup sees me and thinks, "How did I miss that shot?" And the truly painful part is that the game's engineers don't want users with this kind of lag in the game. The hit-reg system is absurd. You’re peeking in and out from behind a wall or smoke on Inferno CT-side, and an opponent at "Banana Car" fires four shots at the corner. Even though I’m moving, I take four hits and die to an MP9. A player with terrible aim somehow lands a headshot on my laggy silhouette, and you die instantly to that ridiculous first bullet. It feels like I’m definitely not wanted in the game. But when the situation flips and the game actually feels good for a change, you suddenly speed up. Your movement accelerates, and opponents seem to be crawling when they peek you. They empty a whole magazine without hitting you; an AWP fails to kill you; you fire into a smoke and the enemy dies. However, when there is lag, it is impossible to dodge an AWP bullet. Finally, I’ll point out the difference between a game where I’m out of sync and one where I’m perfectly synced, playing on the same server against Level 10 players like myself. Not everything has to be perfect; on a retake server, I usually finish with a 120–55 K/D ratio, but if there’s lag, it drops to 62–55. On FACEIT, regarding ADR, I average 105–110 when I’m not desynced, whereas that average drops to 69 if there is lag.

I completely agree with everything you said. This is exactly what is happening to me and what I am seeing. The issue is not an illusion. We know what the problem is, but what is the solution?
