yea i went back to ips just because of vrr flicker, played some time without it but i could see some judder and tearing and that annoyed me. To be clear, VRR will still be more consistent. The question is where your personal sensitivity threshold is to this kinda stuff. I've seen people not needing VRR at 240 or 360 Hz already. I know I ain't one of them.
