Stutter on 240hz

Post by Satkiewicz » 19 Jul 2026, 13:58

Hi. I have major stuttering on 240hz. I closed every app and nothing work. When i disable hardware acceleration on my browser stutters dissapear but i dont want to disable that. Another thing is that when i switch my monitor to 165hz graph is perfectly smooth. Only on 240hz i see weird things. Thanks for your help!

EDIT:
I found when im switching browser to DX9 stutters are gone and im thinking why on DX11 i have so many stutters with 240hz. Either disabling hardware acceleration fixes problem or switching to DX9

By any chance, are you running on a gaming laptop?
I've discovered a few quirks of NVIDIA Optimus behaviors that is a bit tricky (But not impossible) to overcome.
