I think is a nice idea to create a paper or some proper documentation apart from the forum for this, I do volunteer to that with someone else who has some proper knowledge of this. For doing this I’ll need to collect as many data as possible otherwise would be really hard to determine or find some type of solution.
I think I should give my posture on the root cause. I completely believe is the body and ngl is so hard for me to admit it because it literally makes no sense, but if it wasn’t the body and it’s electricity simply moving to another place would fix it, playing with a whole different setup and place or using a laptop battery would just fix this. Again for the people who believe is electricity go ahead and play on a LAN or cybercafe and ask why among all people why you are the only one who feel this lag. Again blaming an electrical reason is the most “logical” thing to do, but if you start removing causes it all lead to the same thing which is YOU.
I’ve managed to shield my controller with socks + nitrile gloves on my hands. I can play with the results and also replicate the issue any amount of times and make the lag stronger or weaker, also I’ve noticed changing the grip removes the lag completely for seconds.
Anyway, I think the most optimal thing is to start actually looking for something concrete and not just suppositions or “magical” fixes (like moving, new hardware, specialized electrical equipment, etc.)
