I can also confirm that i bought they cable linked by pervysage. It did not fix my issue. my mouse kinda feels more responsive but "the issue" is not fixed. so maybe if i didnt have the specific issue, it would be better. like for a normal person or something. but its not really relevant to my case.

I bought an HDMI 2.1 optical fiber cable a few days ago, but it was completely useless—don’t waste your money on it.
