Re: Fixed the desync/input lag issue.
I had a standard memory profile and secure boot in different configurations.
In the end, nothing. Temporary effect. Sorry, but this is a passed stage.
For reflection.
I have a friend who recently changed the video card. Everything works for him without delay, even with a ping of 100.
If he changed the video card, it is logical that the problem is not in the video card. Think further.
My opinion: motherboard

Re: Fixed the desync/input lag issue.
I tried swapping the PSU to an MSI MAG A750GN PCIE5 instead of my AEROCOOL VP 650, and then swapped it back—didn't help.
I redid the electrical wiring and set up proper grounding because my metal mic used to give me static shocks sometimes. The voltage got better, but still no luck.
I swapped mice (Xtrfy M8, G Pro 2, SteelSeries Prime W, Endgame)—didn't help.
I tried different ISPs and bought a VPN—still didn't help.
I swapped keyboards just in case—no luck either.
I reset BIOS settings, looked for new tweaks, tuned the BIOS, enabled Process Lasso, MSI Utility v3, toggled all of that on and off—and still nothing.
I reset my RAM overclock—didn't help.
I installed Windows 10 and 11, tried different builds, even paid for a Windows optimization service once—still didn't help.
And a bunch of other stuff.
Here's what I have left to try:
New monitor: I'm waiting for an AOC 300Hz to replace my Samsung G4 240Hz. It’s not a huge leap on paper, but people online complained about my Samsung model, so I decided to switch.
USB-to-Ethernet adapter: Waiting for one to arrive to test it out—maybe there's an issue with the integrated NIC, who knows at this point.
GPU: I'm still running an old GTX 1660, but I don't have the budget to replace it right now.
UPS: Considering buying an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) as a test.
There are days when everything feels better, or you hop in and play one match really well, and then suddenly everything feels sluggish or floaty. It's like the mouse lags behind, or opponent character models are offset by a single millimeter. My brain, backed by 20 years of experience, keeps telling me, 'Are you stupid? How is that not a hit?' It's a very strange and frustrating feeling when you have that much experience and notice every single inconsistency."
