ASUS PG278Q includes LightBoost/ULMB, from several sources I've heard.
Also, all "1ms" greater-than-60Hz LCD's being released in 2014, to the best of my knoledge, now all include a strobe backlight.

Wow, if strobe is on all monitors things will get really interesting in 2014. Lets hope next gen GPU will arrive before 2015 so we can enjoy our 120 + FPS at max settings . . .
