BenqXL2411Z

Post by Fasyx » 01 Jan 2015, 14:08

I got my BenqXL2411Z yesterday and all I did was this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZvsmO5cjB6A (besides the custom resolution). To be honest, I cant really tell a difference between 144Hz and my old monitor(60Hz) :(

I started CS(limited fps to 144 and -freq 144 in launch options) and changed Hz on windows to 144hz. However, when I fly(noclip) through the map everything looks blurry and cutted(dunno how to call it)...it looks worser than on my 60Hz monitor...am I doing something wrong? When I walk though the map, I cant tell a difference between 120Hz and 60Hz, I also don´t see the blur and cuts like I describe dbefore when flying through the map. However, I dont think this should be the case, right? Any help?

Happy new year :)

Hi

If you are using na hdmi cable you only have 60Hz, you have to use the DVI cable to use 120Hz or 144Hz.
