Strobelight can only unlock lightboost on older lightboost monitors (XL2411T, 2420T, 2720T, 2420TE, VG248QE, but not 2430T). You will need the INF/Nvidia drivers to unlock Lightboost mode.
I have the newest nvidia drivers, how I can unlock lightboost with this?

The best way is with the INF override method and editing the "VG27H" ID into toastyx's custom resolution utility. There should be a "how to#2 and #3 on the main blur busters' site which should tell you how to unlock Lightboost mode.

I don't have an desktop Nvidia card so I can't help. I used the INF override plus the "3d vision emulator" on my NVidia laptop to unlock 3d lightboost (using a DVI to HDMI adapter, not easy to do since I had to output a 'non supported' 120hz HDMI signal at a frequency not usually allowed through HDMI (but got a display since the monitor itself was set to DVI).

I don't know if the 3d vision emulator still works. Someone said it stopped working on Nvidia 311.xx+ drivers.
