Best Monitor for input lag/color: Acer Predator XB270HU?

Is the best Monitor for input lag/color: Acer Predator XB270HU?

I've read that IPS usually has high input lag... Has this new IPS dropped to 1 ms input lag (according to this review: http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/acer_xb270hu.htm)?

Also, how much inputlag roughly does VG248QE have?

some other ips monitors (e.g. eizo fs2333) have low input lag, but they're all 60hz.

vg248qe is around 2ms and you needa add some part of the pixel transition on top of that
